$35 for the five class series

$10 for drop in class

Space is limited. You may drop off your prepayment for the series at CrossFit Brevard or Brevard Rock Gym as cash or check made to Caitlin Coffey.

From CF Endurance certified Trainer, Gordon Murray:  Our running group has opened up Tuesday nights to all comers (5:15 PM @ Brevard College Track - Parking across the street in gravel lot). This is an opportunity to do run work outs that are scaled to meet the current fitness  level. This will also be the time to get some advice on run training and set some goals related to a specific event. 

Some may just want to begin with a couple of mile loops. I will go over drills and stretching questions. 

The group will run the mile loop as warm up together very slow. Then we will progress to workouts for each individual or break into workout groups. Last the group will do a very slow cool down mile. 

I will be glad to do a crossfit endurance class any time and will be glad to set up basic training schedules for individuals. 

The other opportunity that is open is the long run on Saturday @ 8am  - This week we will run 10 miles starting at the Art Loeb parking lot next to the campground. This is a slow run and many paces will be represented.

 


The New CFB Clothing line is HERE!  Quantities are limited so you’ll need to jump on your selections asap after they arrive.   I’m Pumped!!! 


I will be distributing Athlete profile questionaires soon so that I can build a Athlete page on this site.  It will be similar in format to this page from CrossFit Impulse.  This Gym is about you all working hard to reach and maintain your own goals, so I’d like to share some of your victories with everyone.  I’d also like to start a victory page spotlighting one member with a particularly cool success story.  We’ll be hearing about Ronnie first! 

 

Get ready to Raise funds for Our Spring fund raiser.  It will be a shared experience with BlueRidge CrossFit and some other affiliates, and will involve a marathon Tire Flipping day in TBA!!  All proceeds will benefit Wounded Warrior and a Local Charity TBD.


I can now take credit cards for dues.  I am charged 2.75% every time I run a charge, so I’d still prefer checks or cash.  If this would help you incredibly, then feel free to ask!  I do not have the ability to draft monthly.

CFB Trainers are available to provide one-on-one training.  This training can be directed toward getting the individual onboard with the group classes, or as a private training modality.  Hourly rates for this are available.  Feel free to contact John for available times. 


Yoga is at CFB but is currently on hold.  It is taught by Empowered Balance’s Caitlin Coffey.  Times and details are posted on our “Yoga” page. Drop me a note if you are interested in taking this class.
